Our team reimagined employee training through the design and development of a modern software prototype. By focusing on user testing, wireframing, and visual design, we delivered a solution that not only aligned with client expectations but also addressed the unique needs of the target demographic. During this project, we quickly realized how critical it was to deeply understand the developers’ workflows and technical constraints. From grasping the intricacies of integrating complex simulations to navigating feasibility challenges, it became clear that collaboration with developers was essential. Frequent discussions about capabilities and limitations ensured our designs were both innovative and implementable.
